Townsville Airlines Beech 1900D VH-JYA Calls into CQ Airports - Plus More!

On Friday 3 March, Townsville Airlines Beech 1900D VH-JYA popped into a couple of Central Queensland Airports during a busy day of flying.

VH-JYA flew down from Cairns and Townsville to Mackay Airport before it then departed to Brisbane.  It later flew up to Rockhampton Airport before returning to Townsville and Cairns.

Meanwhile, also on Friday 3 March, Cessna 208B Grand Caravan VH-RTC departed Rockhampton Airport for Croydon Station at Lotus Creek then over to Red Rock Station near Comet.  It then returned to Rockhampton Airport.

UPDATE!  On Sunday 5 March, VH-RTC looked to fly back to Croydon Station / Lotus Creek from Rockhampton Airport before returning later in the day.

And locally-based (but Mackay-registered) Mooney M20J VH-NWF departed Clermont Aerodrome for Archerfield.

UPDATE!  On Saturday 4 March, VH-NWF flew from Archerfield to Caboolture and then on Sunday 5 March, VH-NWF then returned to Clermont Aerodrome.

Finally, also on Friday 3 March, Mitchell Water Cessna 525 Citation M2 bizjet VH-WMY called into Mackay Airport also during a busy day of flying, arriving from Melbourne (Moorabbin), Renmark, and Waikerie before then flying back to Moorabbin.
