A Few Photos from The Centenary of Military Aviation 2014 Air Show at Point Cook in Victoria

Rockhampton plane spotter Phil M has very kindly allowed us to share some of the lovely images he has captured at The Centenary of Military Aviation 2014 Air Show, which was proudly presented by the Royal Australian Air Force at RAAF Base Williams, Point Cook, Victoria over the weekend of Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 March.

Point Cook is the birthplace of military aviation in Australia and the oldest continually operating military airfield in the world, and is a fitting location to celebrate 100 years of military aviation in Australia

As Phil's photos show, there was a spectacular Air Show with air displays and ground displays from aircraft and support vehicles ranging from old warbirds to the latest RAAF and Royal Australian Navy (RAN) aircraft and helicopters.

Thanks to Phil for allowing us to share his great images!
