Repainted Virgin Australia Embraer E-190 VH-ZPG at Mackay Airport

During the afternoon of Sunday 23 March, Virgin Australia Embraer E-190 VH-ZPG visited Mackay, flying in from Brisbane as VOZ613.  VH-ZPG had only just re-entered service after being repainted into the new Virgin Australia livery.

Sister-ship VH-ZPH has now departed Australia, flying to Europe for maintenance and repainting.

Also stepping out in the new Virgin livery from Townsville recently have been Boeing B737-800s VH-VUW and VH-VOX, with VH-VOX making its debut in CQ on Saturday 22 March at Hamilton Island.

Finally, an eagle-eyed reader pointed out that recently repainted (and renamed) Virgin E-190 VH-ZPF and Virgin Australia Regional Airlines (VARA) ATR 72-600 VH-FVN both wear the name "Whitehaven Beach".

Not sure if this was intentional, or simply an oversight?
