On Friday 14 March, JetGo Australia Embraer E-135LR VH-JGB touched down at Rockhampton Airport from Brisbane as JG72.
Local plane spotter 'IAD' was on hand to capture the arrival of the Embraer into the beef capital.
This week, the local Central Queensland (CQ) Capras Rugby League team boarded the Embraer, and VH-JGB then departed to Cairns and Tokua in Papua New Guinea (PNG) as JG74/75.
The Capras are expected to take on the local PNG Hunters team as a part of the Queensland Rugby League's Intrust Super Cup on Saturday. It is expected that like last week, the JetGo Embraer will return to Rocky late on Saturday 15 March.
Go team!
UPDATE! The CQ Capras were comprehensively beaten by the PNG Hunters in their game on Saturday. VH-JGB returned to Rockhampton Airport very late on Saturday 15 March, arriving from Cairns as JG77, and later departing back to Brisbane as JG78.
