Babcock Mission Critical Services Australasia Bell 412EP VH-VAU at Bundaberg, Rockhampton and Mackay Airports

On Wednesday 4 January, Babcock Mission Critical Services Australasia (ex Australian Helicopters) Bell 412EP VH-VAU was spotted visiting Rockhampton Airport.

VH-VAU started the day at Coffs Harbour (New South Wales) and ferried North to Mackay Airport.  It also called into Toowoomba and Bundaberg Airports while on its journey North.

Of interest, VH-VAU has spent most of 2016 based at Adelaide Airport operating as a medical retrieval platform for the State-based MedSTAR Emergency Medical Retrieval organisation.

It ferried into Coffs Harbour in mid-November 2016 and has been on the ground there before ferrying North to Mackay today.

Sincere thanks to local plane spotter Kayanne H for taking the time to capture and send through these great photos!
