Qantas Boeing B767-338 (ER) VH-OGR Pops into Hamilton Island Airport on Thursday

A very surprising movement occurred on Thursday 4 October, when Qantas Boeing B767-338 (ER) VH-OGR flew into Hamilton Island Airport from Sydney as QFA1351.  After operating this charter flight, VH-OGR departed back to Sydney as QFA6101.  Qantas hasn't flown into Hamilton Island for some time since they transferred their 'operations' to Jetstar Airways.

Meanwhile, yet another bizjet popped into Hamilton Island Airport with Business Aviation Solutions Raytheon Beechjet 400A VH-IPG arriving from Sydney on Tuesday 2 October.

Lastly, Shortstop Jet Charter's British Aerospace (BAe) BAe-125-1000B VH-LMP, which arrived at Hamilton Island earlier in the week, operated a return flight to Melbourne (Avalon) Airport on Thursday 4 October.
