Monday Afternoon at Emerald Airport - Aero Commute Australia (ACA) Fly-in Fly-out (FIFO) Charters

A quick trip to Emerald Airport on Monday 10 December proved quite fruitful with a nice pair of Aero Commute Australia (ACA) aircraft touching down on Fly-in Fly-out (FIFO) charters.

Aero Commute Australia (ACA) is an Australian owned air charter company offering a wide variety of twin engined, all weather aircraft. Their aircraft are capable of operating 24-hours a day, and there are several options to suit every need. ACA operates a variety of 6, 8 and 10 seater, twin engine aircraft from their base airports of the Sunshine Coast and Hervey Bay, that are available for charter all over Australia. ACA specialises in mine and construction crew staff changes, outback charters and corporate air charters.

Touching down at Emerald Airport were Aero Commute's Piper PA-31-350 and Cessna 402A VH-RDZ.

Both aircraft eventually departed for Hervey Bay.

Also noted at Emerald Airport on Monday 10 December was Mackay-based Pilatus PC-12/45 VH-YDO which was parked at Advance Aviation.

Virgin Australia (Skywest Airlines) ATR 72-600 VH-FVP was photographed arriving into Emerald Airport from Brisbane as VOZ1261.

Lastly, Toll Express Freight Metro 23 VH-HPB.  The all-white Metro Freighter is pictured departing to Thangool / Biloela as TFX111.
