Yet More Virgin Australia Boeing B737 and Embraer E-190 Jets Operate into Gladstone Airport

In what is becoming a regular occurrence, Virgin Australia are still operating jet aircraft on selected scheduled services between Gladstone Airport and Brisbane.

On Monday 15 July, Virgin Australia Boeing B737-700s VH-VBY and VH-VBV were photographed - and shown above and below - by local plane spotters Jamie C and Tash C as they called in during the day and night.

Since then, both aircraft have returned to Gladstone at various times during the week, including on Tuesday 16 July, with VH-VBV captured early in the morning by Jamie and Tash.

VH-VBV also called in on Wednesday 17 July.

It appears that most night time services to Gladstone from Brisbane are being operated by Virgin Australia Embraer E-190 jets.

Thanks to Jamie and Tash for their great coverage over the last few weeks of all the jet arrivals into Gladstone Airport - it has certainly been an exciting time for locals!
