Jetstar Airways Airbus A320 VH-XSJ Visits Proserpine Airport with Sharklets!

In a surprise and little known move, Jetstar Airways has recently retro-fitted the blended sharklet winglets onto two of their Airbus A320s. One of the two aircraft is VH-XSJ - and it was noted calling into the Proserpine / Whitsunday Coast Airport on Friday 13 March.

It operated the scheduled JST830/833 service from and back to Brisbane.

UPDATE!  VH-XSJ again operated into Prosie on Saturday 14 March.

Fellow A320 VH-VFL is the other aircraft that is now fitted with Sharklets. VH-VFL still wears its attractive 'Little Athletics' livery.

It is unclear whether more aircraft will be retro-fitted.
