More Alliance Airlines Charters into Rockhampton Airport - Plus Corporate Air SAAB 340 VH-VEP

Presumably ferrying in and out helpers for the clean-up after Tropical Cyclone Marcia, Alliance Airlines has flown yet more charters into Rockhampton Airport this week.

On Tuesday 3 March, Fokker F-100 VH-XWS called into Rocky from Cairns as UTY551. It later departed to Townsville as UTY552.  Then a little later in the day fellow Fokker F-100 VH-FWH made a return flight to Rocky from Brisbane as UTY556/557.

Meanwhile, on Monday 2 March, Corporate Air / Vee H Aviation SAAB 340B VH-VEP was noted calling into Rocky twice during the day, both times arriving from Brisbane.

Also on Monday, the Queensland Police Service (Airwing) Cessna 560 Citation Ultra VH-PSU called into Rockhampton once again from Brisbane.

Finally, on Sunday 1 March, Careflight Queensland (Aeromed) LearJet 45 VH-CXJ popped into Rockhampton presumably on a med-evac flight.  It arrived from Brisbane and departed to Townsville.  Of interest, VH-CXJ then departed overseas.
