After taking on fuel, N362CS departed to the Sunshine Coast where I assume it will (again) take up residence with locally-based Aeromil Pacific.
Aeromil Pacific demonstrated N362CS at various locations and to various operators during the middle part of this year - including the Rockhampton Aero Club.
Meanwhile, another aircraft to call into Longreach Airport on a ferry flight over the last couple of days was Regional Express (REX) SAAB 340B VH-ZLK which called into Longreach very late on Wednesday 2 December from Mount Isa using the Pel-Air Express flight number and callsign PFY9859. After taking on fuel, VH-ZLK continued to Lismore in Northern New South Wales.
Finally, Aviair (of Kununurra, Western Australia) Cessna 208 VH-LNO was due to return to Kununurra via Longreach on Wednesday 2 December following a period of maintenance at Redcliffe in South-East Queensland. It looks to have called into Blackall - rather than Longreach - before continuing onto Mount Isa and Kununurra.
VH-LNO actually looked to have called into Barcaldine on early October while flying South.
