After spending some of the afternoon on the ground, VH-LYM departed to Brisbane and later Armidale, where its new owner - Edwards Coaches - is based.

Meanwhile, also visiting Gladstone on Monday 13 October was Hinterland Aviation Cessna 402B VH-TFZ.  It touched down from Ingelara Airport which is in the Carnarvon National Park.

It appears that VH-TFZ was on some sort of tour with it also calling into Normanton, Borrolooa, Adels Grove, Winton and Longreach since it departed its Cairns base late last week.  VH-TFZ departed Gladstone Monday afternoon and returned to Cairns.  VH-TFZ was using the flightnumber and callsign of "Hinterland 790".
