Queensland Government (QGAir) Rescue Bell 412 Helicopter VH-ESD Flys North via Gladstone and Mackay Airports

On Tuesday 22 August, Queensland Government (QGAir) Rescue Bell 412 helicopter VH-ESD was noted flying North from Archerfield to Townsville via Gladstone and Mackay Airports.

It has been noted in recent times at Redcliffe Aerodrome receiving planned maintenance since it flew South from Townsville in mid-June.  It looked to fly across to Archerfield on Monday 21 August.

After returning to Townsville, VH-ESD looks to have returned to service already completing a med-evac flight to Ingham and back as "Rescue 521".
