An interesting arrival into Hamilton Island Airport on Wednesday 9 January with US-registered but Gold Coast-based Cirrus SR22 (SR22 G5 Australis Premium) N108PM.

It flew in directly from the Gold Coast.

At the time of writing, N108PM appears to be staying for at least the night.

UPDATE!  After staying for the night, it appears that on Thursday 10 January, N108PM escaped the rather inclement weather by departing Hamilton Island Airport for Mackay Airport before returning South to the Gold Coast.
