Hevilift and Corporate Air FIFO Charter Flights Pop into Roma Airport

Certainly an interesting start to the day at Roma Airport on Sunday 20 January with what looked like three Fly-in Fly-out (FIFO) closed charter flights all noted visiting from Brisbane.

Hevilift Australia (Fixed Wing Division) ATR 72-500 VH-FVM visited first as HT743/744 from and back to Brisbane.

Then fellow Hevilift Australia (Fixed Wing Division) ATR 72-500 VH-FVH visited as HT741/742 also from and back to Brisbane.

Finally, Corporate Air / Vee H Aviation SAAB 340B VH-VEF also looked to visit Roma Airport, again arriving from and later departing back to Brisbane.

Of interest, VH-VEF is the now second-to-last SAAB 340B that Corporate Air has received and operates with the most recent registered VH-VEB and delivered in mid-October 2018.  That now makes five SAABs in their fleet.
