Emergency Management Queensland (EMQ) Bell 412EP VH-ESB "Rescue 521" Calls into Moranbah and Mackay Airports

Emergency Management Queensland (EMQ) (State of Queensland) Bell 412EP VH-ESB was noted at Moranbah and Mackay Airports late on Sunday 6 April.

The rescue chopper arrived at Moranbah from its Townsville base and later flew into Mackay Airport before returning home to Townsville.  This is the second time in less than a week that VH-ESB has been noted at Mackay Airport, with it chopper performing a patient transfer from Mackay to Townsville Hospital on Friday 4 April.

VH-ESB was noted to be using the radio callsign "Rescue 521".
