Exactly a week after its last visit, Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Lockheed C-130J-30 Hercules A97-449 has popped into Rockhampton Airport again this time on Saturday 12 April.
According to local plane spotter 'IAD' - who was on hand to capture these great photos - A97-449 - which was using the radio callsign "Trojan 25" - came in from the South with 41 persons on board (POB), and departed Northbound to Townsville with 19 POB after dropping off some personnel in Rocky.
Interestingly, the Herc's engines didn't stop, and the aircraft spent maybe 5 mins on the ground.
Thanks to 'IAD' for the report and great photos!
