A Quick Look at GB Helicopters at Clermont

I was recently invited just out of the Clermont township to a well-established helicopter company in the Central Highlands region in the form of GB Helicopters.  GB Helicopters is a well-established locally-based helicopter company, which is based at 'Fairfield' near Clermont.  Operators, Grant and Vicki Beatty, moved to their current location nearly three years ago, deciding to move closer to the Clermont township.

GB Helicopters currently operates a small fleet of two Robinson R-22 Beta choppers - VH-CSI and VH-YLM. They are each powered by a single Textron Lycoming O-360-J2A engine.
  

GB Helicopters offers a wide variety of services including mustering, surveying, photography, spotting, feral animal control and power line and fence inspections.
