At the time of writing, it appears that VH-MMC was spending the night parked at Emerald Airport.

UPDATE!  On Wednesday 10 June, VH-MMC returned to the Sunshine Coast from Emerald Airport.

Meanwhile, a pair of AAA Aircraft / Flight Options Flight Academy Cessna 172s VH-ZOB and VH-KTR were also noted calling into Emerald Airport, also on Tuesday 9 June.  They both looked to arrive from and later depart back to their Sunshine Coast base.

While earlier on Tuesday 9 June, Torres Strait Air Pilatus Britten-Norman BN2A-21 Islander VH-WZD was noted passing through Emerald Airport while heading South for planned maintenance.  It looked to arrive from Mareeba and later depart to Watts Bridge.

UPDATE!  It appears that on Thursday 11 June, Torres Strait Air Pilatus Britten-Norman BN2B-20 Islander VH-WZP ferried back to Far North Queensland from Watts Bridge, again via Emerald Airport, after it had completed planned maintenance.  VH-WZP had flown South in April this year again via Emerald Airport.

Out at Barcaldine Airport, also on Tuesday 9 June, Pilatus PC-12/47E VH-FMM was noted visiting from its Albury base on the New South Wales / Victoria border.

And down at Roma Airport, also on Tuesday 9 June, Wagga Air Centre (Mabena) Cessna 310R VH-LGK was noted visiting from Orange as 'WA658' / "Wagga Air 658".

Finally, back at Emerald Airport, but on Monday 8 June, New South Wales-based Piper PA-39-160 Turbo Twin Comanche VH-HTC was noted visiting again, arriving from Lake Macquarie via Cessnock, Armidale and Roma Airports.  It then departed straight back to Lake Macquarie.  VH-HTC completed a similar flight a month ago.

Sincere thanks to the Sunshine Coast Plane Spotting Facebook page for allowing us to share their great photo of VH-MMC!
