A Few Nice Corporate Bizjets Around Whitsundays Airports - Plus More!

On Saturday 6 August, Australian Corporate Jet Centres' operated Embraer EMB-135BJ Legacy bizjet VH-VLT was spotted visiting Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport.  It looked to arrive from and then later depart back to its Melbourne (Essendon) base.



While re-registered Airlift New Zealand / Flight Options (Australia) Cessna 680 Citation Sovereign bizjet VH-ZEK flew up from Brisbane to Hamilton Island Airport before then flying across to Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport where it appears to be staying.

UPDATE!  On Monday 8 August, VH-ZEK departed Proserpine Airport for Brisbane.

During the afternoon Air Charter Services / Flight Options (Australia) Embraer EMB-505 Phenom 300 bizjet VH-VKX flew up to Hamilton Island from Brisbane and Melbourne (Essendon) before later returning directly to Brisbane.

Pilatus PC-12/47 VH-DNG flew into Hamilton Island Airport from Dingadee and Armidale.  At the time of writing, it is due to return direct to Dingadee early on Sunday 7 August.

And the locally-based Embraer EMB-550 Legacy 500 bizjet N142GZ flew back 'home' to Mackay Airport from Scone.  It had flown out to Brisbane earlier in the week.

Meanwhile, also on Saturday 6 August, ZephAir Australia Piper PA-34-220T Seneca VH-YSI departed Mackay Airport for Biloela / Thangool Airport and then the Gold Coast.  It had arrived in late July.  VH-YSI appears to have ended up in Victoria now.

While Armada Aviation (of Ringwood in Victoria) Pilatus PC-12 VH-NWI flew down from Cairns to Injune Aerodrome on what seems to be another closed tourist charter flight.

UPDATE!  On Monday 8 August, VH-NWI departed the region and returned to Melbourne (Essendon).

And Brescon (Toowoomba) Beech B200 King Air VH-DYN flew up Archerfield to the Labona Station Airstrip within Adani Australia's (Bravus Mining & Resources) Carmichael Coal Mine site.  It then continued up to Bowen Aerodrome.

UPDATE!  On Sunday 7 August, VH-DYN departed Bowen Aerodrome and returned Archerfield and Toowoomba.

Finally, also on Saturday 6 August, Link Airways (Corporate Air / Vee H Aviation) SAAB 340B VH-VEO was spotted visiting Emerald Airport.


VH-VEO looked to arrive from and then later depart back to Brisbane.
