Crown Gulfstream G-V Bizjet VH-CCC Touches Down at Rockhampton Airport Monday

Local plane spotter 'IAD' was on hand on Monday 17 June as Crown Gulfstream G-V bizjet VH-CCC touched down at Rockhampton Airport from Melbourne (Tullamarine).

The G-V is photographed through the heat haze (a surprise for winter!) parking on Gate 6 at Rockhampton Airport.

Rockhampton plane spotter, Don W also captured a lovely photograph of VH-CCC parked at Gate 6.  VH-CCC remains parked in this excellent spot for photos with reports suggesting that it is staying in Rockhampton for the night. 

Also spotted at Rockhampton Airport by 'IAD' was Aerospatiale AS.350BA Squirrel VH-XLM of V2 (V Squared) Helicopters as it departed for parts unknown.  It is quite a common visitor to Rockhampton.
