Early Tuesday morning, it is believed that Virgin Australia Regional Airlines ATR 72-600 VH-FVP may have diverted to Dysart, while two Qantaslink Dash-8-Q400 aircraft - VH-LQF and VH-QOV - may have diverted to Mackay.

Each diversion came after a period of holding to the North-East of Moranbah. One other Dash-8-Q400 - VH-QOT - successfully landed eventually at Moranbah after holding. By mid-morning, operations into Moranbah seemed to return to normal.
Meanwhile, early on Wednesday morning, QantasLink Dash-8-Q400 VH-QOU may have diverted from Mornabah to Dysart after being unable to land at Moranbah.
I also noted Virgin Australia Regional Airlines ATR 72-600 VH-FVQ diverting to Rockhampton after unsuccessfully trying to land at Emerald while operating the VOZ1255 service from Brisbane. It later re-positioned back to Emerald from Rockhampton and later still operated the now-delayed VOZ1256 service back to Brisbane.
