Miltary Exercise Talisman Saber 2013: United States Navy (USN) C-130T Hercules 165314 Arrives into Rockhampton Airport

Touching down at Rockhampton Airport late on Thursday 4 July was United States Navy (USN) Lockheed C-130T Hercules - serial 165314 - coded JW5314 - of the VR-62 Fleet Logistic Unit.

The Herc has stayed overnight, and local plane spotter 'IAD' ventured to Rockhampton Airport early on Friday 5 July to capture some superb images!

The Herc was heard to be using the radio callsign "Convoy 7101".

A nice start to Exercise Talisman Saber 2013.  I'm sure there's plenty more to come!
