Cessna 560 Citation Ultra Bizjet VH-MMC Departs Emerald Airport - Plus a Couple of Lighties Come and Go

After arriving earlier in the week, Mackellar Mining Equipment / Flight Options (Australia) Cessna 560 Citation Ultra bizjet VH-MMC departed Emerald Airport on return to the Sunshine Coast late on Thursday 5 May.

Meanwhile, a couple of interesting light General Aviation (GA) were noted calling into Emerald Airport over the last couple of days including Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) Pilatus PC-12/45 VH-FDP "FlyDoc 434" which arrived from Barcaldine on Wednesday 4 May.  It later returned to its Charleville base.

And on Thursday 5 May, Wolff Aviation Hawker Beechcraft C90GTi VH-VWG was noted departing back to its Toowoomba base while Cessna 208 Caravan VH-DJG looked to arrive from Archerfield and later depart to Townsville.

Finally, General Aviation Maintenance (GAM) AeroCommander 500-S VH-UJN continues to operate the weekday return freight flights from Emerald Airport to Longreach via Barcaldine.
