A Couple of Bizjets Come and Go at CQ Airports This Week - Citation VH-MMC - Falcon 900 VH-OAA - Legacy 550 N142GZ

Over the last couple of days, there has been a couple of nice locally-based corporate bizjets noted coming and going from a few Central Queensland Airports.

Perhaps the 'busiest' of these has been Mackellar Mining Equipment / Flight Options (Australia) Cessna 560 Citation Ultra VH-MMC.

It was noted flying into Emerald Airport from the Sunshine Coast on Monday 10 July.  After staying for the night, it then flew to Proserpine / Whitsunday Coast Airport.  Today, on Wednesday 12 July, VH-MMC flew from Prosie to Biloela / Thangool Airport before returning to Emerald Airport during the late afternoon.

At the time of writing, VH-MMC was scheduled to returned to the Sunshine Coast on Thursday 13 July.

Also on Wednesday 12 July, Shortstop Jet Charter's Dassault Falcon 900C VH-OAA departed Hamilton Island Airport for Melbourne (Essendon).  It had arrived on Hamo from Essendon on Sunday 9 July.

While on Tuesday 11 July, Embraer EMB-550 Legacy 500 N142GZ departed its Mackay Airport base for Brisbane.

UPDATE!  On Thursday 13 July, N142GZ returned to Mackay Airport from Brisbane - and then it flew back to Brisbane and then back to Mackay Airport again!

Finally, Corporate Aviation Bell 429 helicopter VH-EQP has been back in CQ arriving into Gladstone Airport from its Southport base on Monday 10 July.  On Wednesday 12 July, VH-EQP was noted departing Biloela / Thangool Airport on return to Southport.
