Qantas Airways Boeing B737-800 VH-XZJ 'Mendoowoorrji' Calls into Hervey Bay (Fraser Coast) Airport to take Royal Visitors to Fiji!

On Tuesday 23 October, Harry and Meghan, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, departed the Fraser Coast / Wide Bay region, and Australia, for Fiji.  Qantas Airways Boeing B737-800 VH-XZJ 'Mendoowoorrji' was tasked with ferrying them overseas, with the attractive Aboriginal art themed aircraft positioning from Brisbane to Hervey Bay (Fraser Coast) Airport as QFA6031.

After both Prince Harry and Meghan Markle boarded the B737-800 - along with the media 'pack' that is following the Royals - VH-XZJ departed Hervey Bay again as QFA6031 direct for Nausori International Airport at Suva, the capital of Fiji.

Meanwhile, also noted visiting Hervey Bay (Fraser Coast) Airport on Tuesday 23 October - and at the time thought possibly in conjunction with the Royal's visit - was Falcon Jet Operations (Falconair) Dassault Falcon 2000 bizjet VH-FJO.

It flew into Hervey Bay from Brisbane but later departed to the Toowoomba Wellcamp Airport.
