Australian Customs and Border Protection Service (Australian Helicopters) Bell 412EP VH-RHJ at Central Queensland Airports This Week

Passing through Central Queensland this week was Australian Customs and Border Protection Service (Australian Helicopters) Bell 412EP VH-RHJ.

The big Bell chopper was captured at Gladstone Airport on Thursday 19 September by local plane spotters Jamie C and Tash C.

VH-RHJ - which is operated by Australian Helicopters for the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service - had flown into Mackay Airport from Cairns and Townsville earlier in the week on Tuesday 17 September.  After receiving some maintenance attention, VH-RHJ departed Mackay for Rockhampton and then Gladstone on Thursday.

It is believed that VH-RHJ departed Gladstone for Redcliffe.

Sincere thanks to Jamie and Tash - yet again - for sending through some spectacular photos of another fantastic aircraft to visit Gladstone this week!  What a week!
