Careflight Learjet 45 VH-VVI Calls into Mackay and Rockhampton Airports - And RFDS King Air VH-MVP Departs Rocky

In the wee small hours of Thursday 7 July, Careflight Queensland (Aeromed) LearJet 45 bizjet VH-VVI "Ambulance 451" called into Mackay Airport from Brisbane.  After around three hours on the ground, it departed back to Brisbane.  Then on Friday 8 July, VH-VVI called into Rockhampton Airport, again touching down from Brisbane.

After only a short time on the ground at Rocky, VH-VVI departed for Cairns.  It later returned to Brisbane.

Meanwhile, after staying at Rocky for the night, Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) (South Eastern Section) Raytheon B200 King Air VH-MVP "FlyDoc 254" departed Rockhampton Airport on Friday 8 July for Moree.

It has since continued to Melbourne (Essendon).
