RAAF Boeing B737-7DF(BBJ) A36-002 Pops into Bundaberg and Hamilton Island Airports Saturday

On Saturday 9 July, Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Boeing B737-7DF(BBJ) A36-002 was noted touching down at Bundaberg Airport from Canberra and Coffs Harbour as "Envoy 05".

After a short time on the ground, the BBJ departed North towards Hamilton Island Airport via several track deviations left and right. I assume therefore, that A36-002 was operating a training flight.

After landing at Hamilton Island Airport for a short period of time, A36-002 continued further North to Cairns before finally landing at Townsville.

UPDATE!  On Sunday 10 July, A36-002 flew South from Townsville and landed briefly at Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport.  It then departed and heading for Rockhampton however this flight plan was changed and A36-002 - again flying as "Envoy 05" - returned to Canberra.
