Interestingly, and as shown in local media, it appears the Prime Minister arrived on the 'media plane' - the chartered Alliance Airlines Fokker F-70 jet VH-JFB - which arrived from Townsville as "Envoy 20".
His 'usual' aircraft - Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Boeing B737-7DT(BBJ) A36-001 "Envoy 50" - looked to suffer a technical problem while on the ground at Townsville.
Meanwhile, also on Tuesday 26 April, it believed that Deputy Prime Minister Barnaby Joyce was again in the region, possibly arriving into Rockhampton Airport on board RAAF Dassault Falcon 7X bizjet A56-001 which arrived from Wangaratta and Mildura in Victoria as "Envoy 57".
Finally, also on Tuesday 26 April, RAAF chartered Seidler Properties P/L / Australian Corporate Jet Centres Beech B200 King Air VH-OWN as "Envoy 80" was back in the region, also noted arriving into Rockhampton Airport. It touched down from Canberra and Moree.

After some time on the ground, VH-OWN "Envoy 80" departed Rockhampton Airport for Wangaratta and Canberra.
Both VH-JFB and A56-001 both appear to be staying at Rockhampton Airport for the night.
