Jetstar Airways Airbus A320-200 VH-XNN (ex 9V-JSM) First Visit to CQ at Hervey Bay (Fraser Coast) Airport

On Tuesday 12 April, Jetstar Airways Airbus A320-200 VH-XNN was noted completing its first ever visit to Central Queensland, operating into Hervey Bay (Fraser Coast) Airport as JST890/1 from and back to Sydney.

VH-XNN is one of three former Jetstar Asia Airways (Singapore) A320s that have recently arrived into Australia to join the Jetstar Australia fleet.

VH-XNN was previously registered as 9V-JSM.  VH-XNN arrived into Australia from Singapore (Changi) via Darwin and Melbourne (Tullamarine) (pictured) in mid-March this year.  It looked to enter service with Jetstar Australia at the start of April.

Of interest, the other two A320s are VH-XNI (ex 9V-JSN) and VH-XNJ (ex 9V-JSP).

It appears that VH-XNJ has also entered service with Jetstar Australia.

UPDATE!  On Wednesday 13 April, VH-XNN was back in the region, visiting Hamilton Island Airport, operating as JST854/3 from and back to Melbourne (Tullamarine).

These three former Jetstar Asia A320s complement the six former Jetstar Japan A320s that have also entered service here in Australia over the last few months.  All but one - VH-YXU - have visited the region.
