A Couple More Other Bizjets Come and Go from CQ Airports

Over the latter part of this week and on the weekend, there have been yet more nice locally-based corporate bizjets to call into various CQ Airports.

On Saturday 10 September, Marcplan Charter Gulfstream G-IV-X (G450) VH-MBP visited Hamilton Island Airport.  Its exact movements are not known but it did visit for a short time during the morning.

And on Wednesday 7 September, a nice pair of bizjets also visited Hamilton Island Airport including Gulf Aircraft Cessna 680 Citation Sovereign VH-PYN which made its second visit for the week after also calling in on Monday 5 September - see Blog post below.  While the Balmoral Air Dassault Falcon 2000LX VH-WIO made a brief visit from Bankstown.

Back on the mainland, down at Mackay Airport, on Thursday 8 September, locally-based Embraer EMB-550 Legacy 500 bizjet N142GZ returned home from Sydney.  It had flown down there from Mackay the previous Thursday 1 September.

Meanwhile, calling into Rockhampton Airport on Friday 9 September, was Cessna 525 Citation M2 bizjet VH-WMY of Mitchell Water.  It touched down from its Melbourne (Moorabbin) base and looked to be spending the night.

Also touching down at Rockhampton Airport on Friday 9 September during yet another busy day of flying was the Queensland Police Service (Airwing) Cessna 560 Citation Ultra VH-PSU.  It also called into Rocky - and other places - also on Wednesday 7 September and Monday 5 September.

Finally, a nice corporate turboprop which called into Rockhampton very late on Thursday 8 September was Easternwell Raytheon B200 King Air VH-EWG.  It arrived from Toowoomba and Dalby and later departed to the Brisbane West Wellcamp Airport.
