Exercise Wallaby 2016 - Another Day (and Night) of Spectacular Photos of RSAF Boeing F-15SG "Shikra" Strike Eagles Flying Sorties from Rockhampton Airport

Townsville photographer Ian H has ventured down to Rockhampton and spent some time at Rockhampton Airport on Monday 26 September capturing some spectacular photos of the visiting Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) Boeing F-15SG “Shikra” Strike Eagles of 149 Squadron out of Paya Lebar Air Base in Singapore.

He was on hand to capture some photos as '8310' departed Rocky on yet another sortie to the Shoalwater Bay Training Area (SWBTA) during the Singapore Armed Force's Exercise Wallaby 2016.

Ian then returned to Rockhampton Airport just after sunset as the F-15s again made spectacular departures to Shoalwater Bay with full afterburners lighting up the evening sky.
