Bell 407GX Helicopter N407CE Demonstration Tour Hits Central Queensland Airports This Week

The very first Bell 407GX helicopter has touched down in Australia with Hawker Pacific touring the new helicopter across the country.  And the demonstrator chopper - registered N407CE - has this week headed North and South into several Central Queensland Airports.

On Monday 12 August N407CE was noted at Rockhampton Airport, and later departing North to Mackay Airport.  It was since spotted in Townsville and Cairns, and on Thursday 15 August, N407CE departed Townsville for Moranbah and then points South.

We sincerely thank Gold Coast Plane Spotter Terry for sending through these fantastic images of N407CE which it visited the Gold Coast late last week.  As his photos show, the Bell 407GX demonstrator features a full glass cockpit.
