Local Government Managers Australia (LGMA) Charity Flight 2013 Comes to Gladstone Airport on Sunday

The Local Government Managers Australia (LGMA) Charity Flight 2013 has continued to call into Central Queensland Airports over the last few days, and on Sunday 25 August, local plane spotters Michael F, Jamie C and Tash C were on hand as their Aeroprakt A22 Foxbat ultralight aircraft - registered 24-9100 - called into Gladstone Airport.

Nick Clarke and Mike Levy set off from Caboolture Aerodrome on Monday 12 August to visit 42 Queensland councils to raise awareness and funds for Angel Flight.  Over the weekend, on Saturday 24 August, they were noted to fly into the Whitsunday Airport at Airlie Beach, Hamilton Island, Mackay, Moranbah, and finally Emerald Airports, while on Sunday 25 August, they called into Woorabinda, Gladstone and finally Bundaberg Airport.

With the flight coming to an end in the coming days, you can still follow the guys in their Aeroprakt A22 Foxbat aircraft as they tour the state to thank the local councils and communities who are supporting this great cause on LGMA Charity Flight 2013 Facebook page - http://www.facebook.com/LgmaCharityFlight2013 .
