The Careflight Queensland (Aeromed) LearJet 45 bizjet VH-VVI has had a busy time this week, calling into three Central Queensland Airports in as many days.
I spotted VH-VVI (above) at Rockhampton Airport just after sunset on Wednesday 1 July after it had arrived from Longreach. After completing its med-evac duties (the ambulance was waiting just out of shot) VH-VVI departed to Townsville.
VH-VVI had also called into Rocky last Saturday 27 June.
Then late on Friday 3 July, VH-VVI flew into Mackay from Townsville. After a couple of hours on the ground, VH-VVI departed Mackay for Brisbane, touching down in the wee small hours of Saturday 4 July. It later returned to Townsville.
