Noted arriving into Hamilton Island Airport late on Tuesday 7 July was Marcplan Charter Embraer EMB-135BJ Legacy bizjet VH-VLT.

It called in from Majuro, Marshall Islands, and Cairns where it cleared customs formalities.  It appears that VH-VLT remains parked at Hamo.

Meanwhile, on Wednesday 8 July, a couple of lighties called into Hamilton Island Airport with Piper PA-23-235 Cherokee VH-WJN flying up from its Rockhampton base to the Whitsunday Airport at Shute Harbour and Hamilton Island on a Navigation training flight operated by the Rockhampton Aero Club.
