After around 90 minutes on the ground, VH-NEQ departed Bundaberg Airport for Sydney before it then returned to Bankstown.
It is unclear if it was completing a medical evacuation flight - it was heard to be using its registration marking as its radio callsign.
Meanwhile, also on Wednesday 18 December, the now very familiar sight of Mitchell Water Cessna 525 Citation M2 bizjet VH-WMY was back in Central Queensland, this time noted visiting Hamilton Island Airport once again. It arrived from its Melbourne (Moorabbin) base via Melbourne (Essendon) and Archerfield before later departing directly back to Moorabbin.
Finally, back at Bundaberg Airport, the locally-based Greensill Aviation Cessna 550 Citation Bravo bizjet VH-CCJ departed to Sydney on Monday 16 December before having a busy day on Tuesday 17 December flying to Whyalla in South Australia and then to Melbourne (Essendon) before returning back to Whyalla and Sydney. It then flew home to Bundaberg Airport.
