Wednesday 11 December, the familiar sight of Corporate Aviation Bell 429 Global Ranger helicopter VH-EQP was back in Central Queensland. It departed its Southport base for a refuel at Biloela / Thangool Airport before it continued further to the North-West to a position to the North of Emerald. It eventually returned South and landed at Emerald Airport.
