Babcock Mission Critical Services Australasia Agusta (Bell) AB412 Helicopter VH-LSA Departs Rockhampton Airport For Good

After operating over the last few weeks for the locally-based Capricorn Helicopter Rescue Service (CHRS), the distinctive red and white Babcock Mission Critical Services Australasia Agusta (Bell) AB412 Helicopter VH-LSA was noted departing Rockhampton Airport, seemingly for good, on Sunday 8 December.

VH-LSA came to Rockhampton Airport in August to replace fellow Babcock-operated Bell 412EP VH-VAU which headed to Coffs Harbour for planned maintenance.  VH-LSA operated alongside another Babcock-operated Bell 412EP VH-EPR for the Capricorn Helicopter Rescue Service, and completed several med-evac flights as "Rescue 300".

UPDATE!  On Monday 9 December, VH-LSA was noted arriving into Adelaide Airport where it had previously been based operating for the South Australia-based MAC (Motor Accident Commission) Rescue service.
