On Saturday 14 December, it came down and completed airwork West of Rockhampton, while on Sunday 15 December, it returned South and again flew out to a position off the coast of Rockhampton.  During this sortie, VH-XNE "Rescue 330" flew in support of the Rockhampton Airport-based Capricorn Helicopter Rescue Service (CHRS) (Babcock Mission Critical Services Australasia) Bell 412EP VH-EPR "Rescue 300".

After complete the six-plus hour sorties on both days, VH-XNE "Rescue 330" returned to its Cairns Airport base.

Finally, it's also worth noting that VH-XNE "Rescue 330" also came down to a position off Mackay where it flew in support of the Mackay Airport-based Central Queensland Rescue (CQ Rescue) Bell 412 VH-CQJ "Rescue 412".
