On Saturday 14 December, Mackay-based Embraer EMB-550 Legacy 500 bizjet N142GZ departed Mackay Airport and headed to Brisbane.

After spending the day in the capital, N142GZ returned to Mackay Airport during the early evening.

Meanwhile, as mentioned below, also on Saturday 14 December, American-registered Eclipse EA500 bizjet N257AK was noted departing Whitsunday Airport at Shute Harbour for Archerfield.
