Capital Jet Charter (Canberra) Cessna 525B CitationJet CJ3 Bizjet VH-TCS Calls into Roma Airport Again - Plus More!

On Friday 21 October, Capital Jet Charter (Canberra) Cessna 525B CitationJet CJ3 bizjet VH-TCS was noted visiting Roma Airport for the second time this week.


On this occasion, it arrived from and then later departed back to its Canberra base.

As mentioned below, VH-TCS had an overnight stay at Roma Airport on Wednesday 19 October.

Meanwhile, also on Friday 21 October, Mitchell Water Cessna 525 Citation M2 bizjet VH-WMY flew up from Melbourne (Moorabbin) to Mackay Airport before then returned down there but via Parafield. 

MacKellar Mining Equipment Pty Ltd (Revesco Aviation) Cessna 680 Citation Sovereign bizjet VH-MMC flew up from the Sunshine coast to Hamilton Island Airport before then returning there but via Brisbane.

Arcturus Group P/L / Flight Options (Australia) Dassault Falcon 2000EX bizjet VH-EWB was noted arriving into Hamilton Island Airport from Sydney.

Bowenville (near Toowoomba) based Cessna 525 CitationJet CJ1+ bizjet VH-JSZ visited Rockhampton Airport from Archerfield.

And LifeFlight (Aeromed) Canadair CL-600-2B16 Challenger 604 bizjets VH-OFA "Ambulance 614" and VH-OFC "Ambulance 634" have been busy flying into different CQ Airports at different times.

Late on Thursday, VH-OFC "Ambulance 634" flew up from Brisbane to Hervey Bay (Fraser Coast) Airport and then Mackay Airport before continuing up to Cairns.  Then in the wee small hours of Friday, it flew down from Cairns to Barcaldine Airport before flying onwards to Brisbane.

On Friday, VH-OFA "Ambulance 614" flew down from Townsville and Mount Isa to Longreach Airport.  It then departed to Brisbane. 

Finally, also on Friday 21 October, the Queensland Government Airwing (State of Queensland) Raytheon B300 Super King Air VH-SGQ flew into Bundaberg Airport from Cairns and Townsville before later departing for Brisbane.  It had flown North via Rockhampton Airport earlier in the week.

Victoria-based Cessna 402C VH-ZMG visited Rockhampton Airport from Cairns - where it appears to be currently based. 

And Agair Logistics P/L Gulfstream Aerospace (AeroCommander) 695-A JetProp 1000 VH-LMC as "Birddog 125" arrived into Rockhampton Airport from Bundaberg Airport before it later departed out to Emerald Airport and then back to Bundaberg Airport.

VH-LMC "Birddog 125" and the resident Canadian-based Conair Aerial Firefighting Dash-8-Q400MR C-FFQE "Bomber 141" continue to complete weekly test flights out of and then around Bundaberg Airport (usually on a Thursday) as the current bushfire season in Queensland continues.
