On Sunday 16 October, at least four nice Australian-based corporate bizjets were noted coming and going at Hamilton Island Airport.

Special Mining Services / Flight Options (Australia) Embraer EMB-505 Phenom 300E bizjet VH-UYX  arrived into Hamilton Island Airport from Sydney and Brisbane before later departing to Townsville and then returning to Sydney.

Sunshine Air Services (of Victoria) Bombardier CL-600-2B16 Challenger 604 bizjet VH-VLZ called into Hamilton Island Airport from Melbourne (Essendon) and the Sunshine Coast before returning directly to Essendon.

Mitchell Water Cessna 525 Citation M2 bizjet VH-WMY visited Hamilton Island Airport from Melbourne (Essendon).  It looked to complete the short (8 minute) hop from Melbourne (Moorabbin) to Essendon late the previous day.

And McDermott Aviation Group / Machjet International Cessna 525A CitationJet CJ2 bizjet VH-SUY has looked to be flying between Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast), Mackay and Hamilton Island Airports over the weekend, with it returning to the Sunshine Coast on Sunday.

Meanwhile, also on Sunday 16 October, an aircraft we haven't noted for some time in the form of SFC Farming Raytheon B200 King Air VH-TXT departed Longreach Airport for Weewondilla, Goondiwindi, Mundine and Archerfield.  It had arrived into Longreach Airport Goondiwindi the previous day.

And re-registered (Mackay) but locally-based Mooney M20J VH-NWF flew back to my local Clermont Aerodrome from Caboolture. It looked to fly down on Friday 14 October.

Finally, also on Sunday 16 October, Queensland Government (QGAir) Rescue (State of Queensland) Leonardo S.P.A. Helicopter (Agusta) AW139 helicopter VH-EGF popped into Emerald Airport while flying North to Townsville from Archerfield following a period of planned maintenance.
