North Queensland Warbirds Beech H18 VH-MBU Arrives into Longreach Airport from Cairns - Plus More!

On Sunday 9 October, North Queensland Warbirds Beech H18 VH-MBU was noted arriving into Longreach Airport from Cairns.

At the time of writing, it appears that VH-MBU is staying for at least the night at Longreach Airport.

UPDATE!  On Monday 10 October, VH-MBU departed Longreach Airport for Mudgee.

Meanwhile, also on Sunday 9 October, locally-based Embraer EMB-550 Legacy 500 bizjet N142GZ departed Mackay Airport for the Gold Coast.

American-registered Gulfstream Aerospace G650ER (G-VI) bizjet N988NC finally departed Hamilton Island Airport and returned to Sydney.  It arrived from there last Sunday 2 October.

Air Charter Services / Flight Options (Australia) Embraer EMB-505 Phenom 300 bizjet VH-VKX arrived into Hamilton Island Airport from the Sunshine Coast.  It later departed to Brisbane.

GBJ Nominees (Navair Flight Operations) Textron (Cessna) 510 Citation Mustang bizjet VH-IEQ finally departed Bowen Aerodrome and flew down to Bankstown.  It arrived into the area last Sunday 2 October and has been flying between Bowen, Hamilton Island and Mackay Airports.

While Basair Aviation Piper PA-28-181 Cherokee VH-BWJ flew up from Archerfield to Bundaberg, Mackay and then Bowen Aerodrome on Saturday 8 October.  On Sunday 9 October, it flew across to Hamilton Island Airport and back to Bowen Aerodrome.

And Bunderra Cattle Co Piper PA-46-350P Malibu Mirage VH-KNV departed its Rockhampton Airport base for Rolleston Aerodrome.

UPDATE!  On Monday 10 October, VH-KNV departed Rolleston Aerodrome for Boulia, Neutral Junction, Emerald Airport and then back to Rockhampton Airport.
