As mentioned below, Balmoral Air-operated Dassault Falcon 2000EX F-GZLX touched down at Hamilton Island on Monday 28 April from Brisbane and Bankstown. On Wednesday 30 April, it departed Hamo, returning to Brisbane and later Bankstown, where Sydney plane spotter Bernie P captured a lovely late afternoon photo of the Falcon as it touched down.
Other bizjet movements this week have included Careflight Queensland (Aeromed) LearJet 45 VH-CXJ, which called into Mackay from Townsville on Thursday 1 May presumably on a medivac flight. It appears that VH-CXJ is using the flight number / callsign of "Ambulance 452".
I also noted for that a period of time on Friday 2 May, fellow Careflight LearJet 45 VH-VVI was scheduled to call into Gladstone Airport, however this was cancelled and the LearJet was noted to fly to Charleville instead. VH-VVI is using the flight number / callsign of "Ambulance 451".
Also on Thursday 1 May, Mackay-based Raytheon 390 Premier 1 N7088S made the quick trip down to Rockhampton from Mackay. Brisbane-based plane spotter Brendan B managed to capture a couple of photos as the little bizjet arrived and was parked on the General Aviation (GA) side of Rocky Airport.
Finally, on Thursday 1 May, Gulf Coast Aviation Cessna 510 Citation Mustang VH-KXM called into Longreach Airport from Bankstown. It later departed to Vanrook Station in Far North Queensland.
