Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Boeing C-17A Globemaster III A41-207 Completes Missed Approach at Hamilton Island Airport

On Thursday 13 May, Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Boeing C-17A Globemaster III A41-207 was noted completing a missed approach at Hamilton Island Airport.

A41-207 looked to fly up from and then return to RAAF Base Amberley.

A41-207 was heard to be using the radio callsign of "Stallion 56".

Meanwhile, also on Thursday 13 May, Australian Army NH Industries MRH-90 Multi-Role Helicopter A40-018 flying as "Saxon 44" looked to complete airwork around Chinchilla Aerodrome while on a flight out of and back to the Oakey Army Aviation Centre.
