RAAF Boeing B737-7ES / E-7A Wedgetail A30-003 "Wedgetail 21" Completes Airwork at Hervey Bay (Fraser Coast) Airport

On Friday 7 October, Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Boeing B737-7ES / E-7A Wedgetail Airborne Early Warning & Control (AEW&C) aircraft A30-003 was noted completing a missed approach at Hervey Bay (Fraser Coast) Airport.

It looked to fly up to Hervey Bay from RAAF Base Williamtown via airwork at Toowoomba-Wellcamp, and after completing the airwork at Hervey Bay Airport, it returned South and returned back to Williamtown.

Of interest, A30-003 was heard to be using the radio callsign of "Wedgetail 21".
