Hinterland Aviation Beech B200 King Air VH-HLJ Pops into Longreach Airport - Plus More!

On Thursday 5 August, Hinterland Aviation Beech B200 King Air VH-HLJ was noted visiting Longreach Airport during a busy day of flying.

It looked to be flying as 'HND760' / "Hinterland 760" and looked to fly down from its Cairns base to Archerfield before then heading to Longreach Airport.  VH-HLJ then continued up to Karumba.

UPDATE!  On Friday 6 August, VH-HLJ continued from Karumba to Normanton and then back to Cairns.

Meanwhile, also on Thursday 5 August, FKG Air (Redjet Aviation) Hawker Beechcraft B200GT VH-FKB popped into Rockhampton Airport from Toowoomba.  It then flew up to Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport before then returning to Toowoomba.

And Gold Coast-based Piper PA-32R-301 Saratoga VH-LTC also arrived into Rockhampton Airport but from the Gold Coast.

UPDATE!  On Friday 6 August, VH-LTC departed Rockhampton Airport and returned to the Gold Coast.

Finally, also on Thursday 5 August, Machjet (Machjet International) Cessna 525 Citation CJ1 bizjet VH-SIY looked to call into Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport from the Sunshine Coast.

UPDATE!  On Friday 6 August, VH-SIY was noted departing Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport for the Sunshine Coast.
