Australian Army / Navy NH Industries MRH-90 Multi-Role Helicopters at Rockhampton Airport This Week

Despite local plane spotter 'IAD' being away for a few days, he still managed to capture a couple of lovely images of a pair of interesting Australian Defence Force (ADF) helicopters at Rockhampton Airport his week.

The choppers - Australian Army / Navy NH Industries MRH-90 Multi-Role Helicopters - were spotted parked at the Northern end of the Rockhampton Airport Apron.

In the pouring rain late on Thursday 16 May, 'IAD' captured A40-018 which wears 'Army' titles.

Then on Friday 17 May, 'IAD' captured A40-008 which wears 'Navy' titles.

The exact movements of the MRH-90s are not known, however I suspect both choppers did arrive Thursday, and as of Saturday morning they have both departed from Rockhampton Airport.
